I just completed my annual swimming lessons for 2009 - always during the first few weeks of June. This year was especially nice because I saw so much progress in my students. There is nothing as fulfilling as watching a child, who is afraid of the water, emerge as a confident swimmer. You should see the huge smiles on their faces when they suddenly realize that water can be fun and it is no longer necessary to sit on the sidelines while friends splash and play!
Additionally, each year my students leave with the knowledge of The Number One Rule Of Swimming: NEVER SWIM ALONE!
